The Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin was created to provide support volunteers and employees alike with a solid support tool in their efforts to help users.
It gives the user easy to process, actionable, items to improve their sites health on the internet, while aiming to remain easy to use.
It also solves an older limitation of troubleshooting with WordPress: The dreaded “Disable everything” approach.
There’s no denying that it is the single most effective way to find a conflict between plugins or themes, disabling them all and enabling them one at a time. The problem we noticed here, is that users would claim they had done this, when they hadn’t. This is because they, understandably so, didn’t want to cause a negative experience for their own site visitors. We’ve tried to solve this, and other problems with the plugin by introducing features such as the Site Status and Troubleshooting Mode.
Noteable features

Site Status
The site status easily gives you an idea of your sites health, and provides actionable items based on best practives and WordPress recommendations.

Troubleshooting Mode
Quickly disable all plugins and use a default WordPress theme for only your user to identify conflicts without affecting site visitors.
Want to give it a try?
The features above are just some of the highlights from the plugin, it is freely available on WordPress.org for anyone. Why not test it out for your self, and see what it can do for you, or your support crew?
